“Food is a life-long passion of mine.”

Tom Peters

Growing up, in my family, dinner was a daily celebration. It also helped having a mom that was an extremely good cook!

When I was a student at USC, I worked for Rococo Caterers, one of the premier catering companies in Los Angeles in the past half-century. I started out as a waiter and quickly moved up the ranks to running and managing entire parties, as they would do many parties each night. That invaluable experience led me to found my own catering business.

Yours in good food,
Tom Peters
